The Package

We offer a fully exclusive retreat or strategy session package over 1 night / 2 days, thoughtfully tailored to your team’s needs. The estate accommodates up to 15 guests in single occupancy, or up to 26 guests twin-share.

Multiple indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the property are suited to executive meetings and breakout sessions, including our private Boathouse — a dedicated, fully equipped space offering complete privacy for focused discussions.

This package includes exclusive use of the historic Scottish manor, its luxurious amenities, and surrounding grounds. The manor features nine elegant suites, including one on the ground floor with accessible facilities.

For larger groups, our on-estate sister property, Tio Point, can be incorporated into your package to expand accommodation while ensuring a seamless and connected experience. Throughout your stay, you’ll be personally attended to by our Butlers, Maids, and Private Chef, all operating to your desired schedule.

  • Full butler service and housekeeping throughout your stay

  • Barista-style coffee, teas, and refreshments available at all times

  • Day One. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea prepared by your Private Chef and served to suit your schedule. Evening Clevedon Coast Oysters® and canapés, followed by a formal three-course dinner in the Grand Dining Room — or opt for a relaxed alfresco service on the deck or a beachside gathering. Nightcap in the Whiskey Room, with a curated cheese board and premium whisky selection to conclude the day

  • Day Two. Breakfast service tailored to your team’s schedule, featuring continental and full cooked options. Departure-day lunch, prepared and served in line with your agenda

  • Full access to the Boathouse BBQ area, spa pool, lawn games, kayaks, and water toys during any scheduled downtime

Optional Extras

  • For guest speakers or team members attending sessions only (non-overnight). Includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, barista coffee, bottled water, and soft beverages

    • One additional night’s accommodation

    • Evening Clevedon Coast Oysters®, canapés, dinner

    • Breakfast the following morning

    • Check-out: 11:00 AM on Day Three
