We offer a fully exclusive retreat or strategy session package over 1 night / 2 days, thoughtfully tailored to your team’s needs. The estate accommodates up to 15 guests in single occupancy, or up to 26 guests twin-share.
Multiple indoor and outdoor spaces throughout the property are suited to executive meetings and breakout sessions, including our private Boathouse — a dedicated, fully equipped space offering complete privacy for focused discussions.
This package includes exclusive use of the historic Scottish manor, its luxurious amenities, and surrounding grounds. The manor features nine elegant suites, including one on the ground floor with accessible facilities.
For larger groups, our on-estate sister property, Tio Point, can be incorporated into your package to expand accommodation while ensuring a seamless and connected experience. Throughout your stay, you’ll be personally attended to by our Butlers, Maids, and Private Chef, all operating to your desired schedule

Day Two. Breakfast service tailored to your team’s schedule, featuring continental and full cooked options. Departure-day lunch, prepared and served in line with your agenda
Full access to the Boathouse BBQ area, spa pool, lawn games, kayaks, and water toys during any scheduled downtime

Sample Itinerary
Day One – Tuesday
8:00 AM – Arrival and welcome by The McCallum Residence® team. Guests are escorted to their suites.
8:30 AM – Morning tea in the Parlour, with seasonal fruit, freshly baked goods, and barista-style coffee and tea.
9:00 AM – Strategy sessions commence in the Boathouse (configured to your preferred layout). All-day refreshments provided.
12:30 PM – Working lunch served in the main dining room or alfresco on the manor’s front deck.
1:30 PM – Afternoon session resumes in the Boathouse.
3:30 PM – Afternoon tea break.
4:30 PM – Sessions conclude. Free time to explore the estate or stroll along the private beach.
6:00 PM – Pre-dinner drinks in the Parlour, featuring New Zealand beer and wine, house cocktails, and Clevedon Coast Oysters® (natural, baked, or tempura).
7:00 PM – Chef-prepared three-course dinner in the Grand Dining Room or alfresco on the terrace (seasonal).
8:30 PM – Nightcap and curated local/international cheese board served in the Whiskey Room.
Day Two – Wednesday
From 7:00 AM – Barista coffee and breakfast in the Grand Dining Room (continental and cooked seasonal options).
8:30 AM – Strategic sessions continue in the Boathouse, or opt for a pre-arranged group activity.
12:30 PM – Two-course lunch served in line with your schedule.
Afternoon – Optional final session or leisure time.
Flexible check-out – Depart at a time that suits your group.
